At Aura Gear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer an easy return and exchange process under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition (unless defective).
  • Defective or damaged items can be returned or exchanged for a full refund or replacement.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • We may ask you to provide photos of the product or packaging if it’s defective or damaged.

3. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For returns not due to defects, you’ll be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards and online workshops are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Refund Process

  • If your return is approved, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges
